Seven minutes of bliss
MINUTE ONE
I am at the water's edge watching the river. Across on the other side are my grandfather, grandmother and uncle. The faint sound of music is in the air. My spirits start to lift.
MINUTE TWO
The peaceful river drew me to itself. The flow of water graceful as it meandered along it's shallow depth. The music played in the background and my body starts to heal itself.
MINUTE THREE
I put my left foot in to test the water. The warmth of the water relaxed me and I waved to my kin to come and join me. Now I am truly aware of the music and I start to lose all inhibitions.
MINUTE FOUR
Both feet are in the water. I start to bathe myself and my energy levels start to rise. The music played and my body is infused with the joy of existence.
MINUTE FIVE
I wade to the middle of the river and splashed out in play. I beckon to my kin. The music reached a higher level and my body knew the truth of being.
MINUTE SIX
I played in the water and my inner child is released. "Where am I?" I asked my kin "You are in the river of no return," they replied. The music reached one of its many peaks and ny body knew how to cure itself.
MINUTE SEVEN
More of my kin gather to watch me and pray with love in their hearts. The music filled the air and my body and soul is cured.
